Krystal graduated from Curtin University of Technology, Australia (Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Marketing & Information Systems). She is a product of a colorful career where she first moved into Marketing Communications in Kuala Lumpur and fell in love with Branding. She then moved on into the Retail and Fashion industry 2 years later by managing an independent Boutique.

 

In 2006, she took a leap of faith and decided to leave her comfort zone by moving to Muscat Oman and joining Oman Air as a cabin crew and was soon promoted to a Premium Galley Crew where her role was to ensure the service in Business Class and first class ran smoothly and according to standard.

 

Krystal returned to Malaysia after 4 years in Muscat and joined Malaysian Jet Services as a Corporate Flight Attendant. In 2015 she then decided to pursue Image Consultancy with ByFerial under Imago Malaysia and is a certified Trainer by HRDF.

 

Today, she draws on her experience in branding, customer service and her passion for fashion to help her clients create a personal Brand presence. The people she looks up to include Oprah Winfrey and Lisa Nichols.
