Azrene graduated from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Law and Masters in Human Rights Law with particular interest in the subjects of Rights of the Child and Women’s Rights. In the 11 years of living in the UK, she gained experience in the legal industry by joining niche law firms before branching out into the corporate legal sector by joining international law firm, Jones Day at their London offices. Her most notable work was her landmark asylum case of a Burundi national. She also worked as a dancer and assistant choreographer specialising in traditional Malaysian dance. Travelling across Europe with Nusantara Dance Group (Cultural Consortium), she was an ambassador for Malaysian tourism and  culture. The group quickly gained a reputation for excellent showmanship and discipline, culminating in an invitation to perform during the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony in Manchester (2000) at which she was given the role of Principal Dancer.  Upon returning to Malaysia she continued her legal and hospitality experience working at Putrade Property Management, managing Malaysia’s renowned Putra World Trade Centre, PWTC. Her passion to empower men and women with the knowledge achieve their utmost potential  inspired her to move into image consultation.

Datin Azrene is a multi-talented woman with rich corporate experiences locally and internationally. She is an Image Consultant with a diverse background – a lawyer, a corporate high-flyer and a dancer. As an individual, she is a strong advocate for Children’s and Women’s rights.

She has advised and provided individual and group coaching sessions, workshops, and presentations to high profile individuals and VVIPs, national companies and schools on professional presentation, professional attire and etiquette. She is also a Colour expert in the revolutionary 4x4 Colour System, developed by ByFERIAL.

Azrene has contributed as a columnist in Majalah Remaja, writing on the area of image and etiquette. She is a breastfeeding advocate and regularly speaks and assists  mothers in need of help on the issue of breastfeeding. Having struggled with weight issues in her teenage and post natal years, teenage bullying and the problems she encountered first as an expectant mother and then as a breastfeeding mother in Malaysia, Azrene draws upon these experiences and helps individuals overcome the same issues. She is currently writing a motivation book for expectant mothers which will be due for release in the very near future.

Azrene has gained a reputation as a no-nonsense but approachable businesswoman. Her workshops are conducted in a warm, witty and engaging manner making her sought after and loved particularly by the women in the Malaysian community.

She is an Associate Member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), and served as VP Communications of AICI Malaysian Chapter 2012-2014. She currently serves on the board of the Federation of Image Professionals (FIPI Malaysia) as Secretary. A Certified & Accredited Image Consultant and Image Master, training under Ms Ferial Youakim (AICI CIP) of ByFerial Image Consultants Training, Australia, she became the first Image Consultant to be recognised as a Professional Image Consultant in Malaysia by the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources by gaining her Malaysian Skills Advanced Diploma (Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia, DLKM) in Image Consultancy in 2013 and also her DLKM as a Vocational Training Manager. Additionally, she is a Panelist for the Malaysian Government’s initiative to author a National Occupations Skills Standards Document (NOSS) that serves as the pioneer guideline for all individuals wishing to be recognised and practice as Professional Image Consultants in Malaysia.​
